Bocasay Group - Offshore IT Service Center

The Bocasay group has surpassed 100 collaborators between France, Madagascar and Vietnam. Driven by its strong ambitions of being open to the international, the group is present in 3 countries and its desire to be even more present on an international level, doesn’t just cease here.

Bocasay continues to support its clients, ranging from big client accounts to startups, in order to realize agile IT projects. The Scrum method and Continuous Integration are included in the working methods of the Bocasay teams.

The annual Bocasay Madagascar party took place last April 13 in Antananarivo. The event had allowed us to recap of Bocasay Madagascar's 2017 balance sheet, to discuss about women in Tech that intervention by women who presented actions and ideas to improve the position of women at Bocasay. Especially, it's to define the 2018 objectives of Bocasay.

Bocasay is proud to officially announce the opening of a new delivery center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam! It is the group’s second service center which coordinates with the center in Madagascar.

Bocasay Group is celebrating its 5-years anniversary this year! It has come a long way since its establishment in 2012 and the opening of its first service center in Madagascar in 2013.

This week, Bocasay inaugurated the opening of its second service center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam! The group’s next step is to conquer Asia and open itself more on an international scale.

Bocasay's vision is to dust off the negative image that offshore IT can suffer from since the 90s. Bocasay's co-founders arrived on the French market with their own vision of IT and in 5 years have developed the offshore new generation that places the human element and the client at the heart of projects and strategy. In 5 years, more than 80 people have joined the Bocasay adventure!

The Bocasay Staff Association organized a family outing on Sat, Feb 26th at Fitiavana & Fialamboly where located away from the Malagasy capital around 1,5 hours by car. It's about 70 people came to enjoy a relaxing family day together.

Almost all of Bocasay’s team in Madagascar was present, with more than 50 members participating in the outing. Wonderful, collective team energy was witnessed during this outing. It was a day of remarkable team-building activities laced with common experiences and thrills (those who experienced with the zip line can confirm that).

We are coming to the end of this year 2016. What is your balance sheet?

We had some real challenges, including our internal organization. Our 2016 balance sheet is very positive. Compared to last January, our turnover has increased by more than 40%. We also managed to diversify our customer base.
